Dear Mr. McCreery,
I re-read your “Less Filling–Great Taste” article in your blog. I agree with you. I also believe that we are designed to grow, learn, achieve and teach. For many years I read everything I could find on positive mental attitude. I lived it, believed in it, even wrote and recorded an audio cassette program about PMA called Positively Free.
I used PMA to accomplish a number of goals, including finishing the New York City marathon in 1980. Over the years, I fell away from doing the activities that kept me in a state of high enthusiasm and activity. No real reason, just lack of habit. Recently, I have started back in revving up my PMA. Just listened to Zig Ziglar CD and to Bob Proctor.
I am gearing up to realize my true potential. Just wanted to share that with you. See you at New Britain Action Karate. Asah!
